Turkey Burrito

Ingredients

-  Cheese, about 2 slices of sliced cheese, for example: "El caserío".
-  2 tablespoons julienne-cut carrots.
-  1 thin slice of turkey
-  2 tablespoons shredded lettuce
-  Oil

Cooking Instructions

Break as many eggs as you like into a large bowl, add a pinch of salt and melt. Add the cheese.
Preheat a frying pan with a little bit of oil and some butter on a medium-low heat. Once the pan is hot add all the ingredients from the bowl and make the omelette.
Softly put over it the turkey, then the carrots and lettuce and fold in a burrito style — right side to the middle covering the filling, bottom up, then left side over top to overlap. Serve immediately.

Serving Instructions

You can serve it either with ketchup on top or with mayonnaise, as well as with strawberry jam.
Bon appétit!
